Some things to work out

Some problems with my blog have come to my attention. I do not know what to do because one of them I cannot see unless I look from a different computer. It doesn't matter whether I am signed in our not. I cannot figure out how to get rid of the "links" bar at the top. Also, I have no idea why you cannot comment on a post. I have tried looking at all my settings. If you do know what might be causing these problems please email me. Thanks fellow bloggers!
